Not yet. The $10/ticket fee is our planned pricing — billing is not active. You'll be notified before any charges apply.
Are leads free?
Yes — you get up to 3 leads per day at no cost. Lead pricing beyond the free tier is TBD. More leads per day will come with the membership plan.
If I take a lead and it becomes a job, do I still pay $10?
No. If the maintenance ticket was converted from a lead you took, it's free. The $10 fee applies only to tickets created directly by a landlord.
