Short answers to common tasks.

• How to register: Go to the Sign Up page, enter your email and a password, then click Register. You can also use Google Sign-In for quick one-click access. • Choosing your role: During sign-up you will be asked to pick a role: Landlord (property owner self-managing rentals), Property Manager (manages on behalf of owners), or Service Vendor (contractor or tradesperson who handles repair work). You can update this later in your Profile. • Confirm your email: After registering you will receive a confirmation email from us. Click the link inside to activate your account. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your Spam or Junk folder. • Confirmation email stuck in spam?: Add *@propertyadminhub.com as a trusted sender so our emails always reach you. Gmail: open the email in spam → click "Not spam". Outlook: right-click the email → "Mark as not junk". Then move it to your inbox — future emails will arrive normally. • Log in after confirming: Once your email is confirmed, return to the site and click Login. Use the same email and password you signed up with.
